We aren’t interested in receiving as much money up front as we possibly can. We never ask for our clients to pay any more than half of the total price for our web design work to begin. Rather, we ask for the opportunity to earn our clients trust. We are a small business, and we understand the importance of great marketing tools, but we also understand the importance of treating people with respect not just because it’s the right thing to do but for our own well being. Our greatest passion is to see our clients succeed because it means we are succeeding. There’s is no greater sense of self-worth as a small business than to witness our clients growth as we continue to grow as well.

Meet The Team

• Jordan Bane / Principal + Consultant

  Jordan grew up in Fresno, CA and studied at Western Governors University in Business Marketing and Management. From teaching English overseas, waiting tables through college, and enjoying success as a life insurance agent, it was always his desire to create an innovative business that is inviting to clients and co-workers.

• J.T. Shaver / Creative Director

  J.T. has been a professional in the creative business for more than half of his life, studying art and design at California State University Northridge and later earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from California State University Fresno. From graphic design and web development, to photography and video production, his goal of having creative freedom while helping other businesses succeed has led him to join the Cohesive Marketing team.

• Justin Rosander / Studio Engineer

  Justin was born and raised in Fresno, CA. He graduated from California State University Fresno and quickly pursued his passion in sound engineering. Justin has achieved a great amount of success in a short period of time with recording and producing different musicians. His ear for sound and recording is second to none and he is able to create and produce radio jingles and any other voice-overs with the highest quality.

• Patrick Dill / Videographer

  Patrick Dill graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Cinema-Television. Since then he has pursued his passion for film in several independent and commercial projects. In 2006, Patrick co-founded Narrow Road Films, a multimedia production company specializing in all forms of video production – from commercials to online media to short and feature-length films. He also co-founded Baked Pickles Productions, a company that primarily produces quirky, off-beat comedic material. He has produced commercials, documentaries, short films, promotional material, web videos, and many other forms of video. Patrick has a gifted eye for the camera as well as a natural talent in directing productions whether it be local, national or online. When he’s not in Fresno, Patrick can be found traversing the globe documenting humanitarian work being done around the world through various organizations.
